AdsLED RETURN POLICY
(By purchasing a display from AdsLED, you agree to the terms herein)
Outdoor LED Displays
There is a 45% restocking fee, plus deductions, upon inspection of display.
Must be returned within 30 days.
Deductions include, but not limited to:
- Shipping costs
- Inspection of display and all parts must be present and in excellent condition.
- Crate must be in good condition, or client will be charged at AdsLED’s discretion.
LED Sign Systems cannot be returned.
All RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
Indoor LED Displays
2 DAY RETURN…
Display must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Full purchase price, less deductions, will be refunded.
Deductions include, but not limited to:
- Shipping costs
- Inspection of display and all parts must be present and in excellent condition.
- Box must be in good condition, or client will be charged at AdsLED’s discretion.
- New Boxes range from $22 - $175.
2 - 30 DAY RETURN…
After 2 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee, plus deductions, upon inspection of display.
Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Deductions include, but not limited to:
- Shipping costs
- Inspection of display and all parts must be present and in excellent condition.
- Box must be in good condition, or client will be charged at AdsLED’s discretion.
- New Boxes range from $22 - $175.
