Discussion
It is always
best to call and chat with our knowledgeable sales team. Our educational approach to business sets our
clients at ease while they gain knowledge of LED Displays and how effective
they can be for their establishment. You
can buy a LED Display from any company, you will buy the right display from
AdsLED, Inc.
Proposal
You will
receive a comprehensive proposal and detailed drawing of your new LED Sign
System accompanied with assembly and power/footer drawings. We explain exactly what you're buying and ALL
the costs associated. Proposals are sent
via mail, email or online with a custom webpage (see example).
Production
Welcome. Upon agreement, your LED Sign System will go
into production. Our graphics department
will contact you immediately for artwork approval. They will work with you to secure the artwork
and send a hard copy with color samples for your final signature.
After artwork
approval, our project managers will contact you with a welcome package and your
projected ship date. They will work side
by side with you through the completion of your project.
Installation
Whether
you contract the professional services of AdsLED, Inc. or use your own
installer, our project managers will still be fully involved to ensure a proper
installation. This is a critical point
in the whole process. Proper unloading,
power and installation is very important, and AdsLED will do it right the first
time so that your LED Sign System will last a long time.
Training and Support
You're never
alone. The support of AdsLED is with you
for the life of your display. Once your
LED Sign System is powered on, we will schedule software training for your
personnel. AdsLED is not finished until
we receive a completion form signed from you.
This guarantees your satisfaction, and ensures we do our job right. You will receive a follow up call from our
Q&A department to double-check our work.
